July 3, 2025 – Inyo County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are continuing to actively investigate the disappearance of 33-year-old Kelsey Pittman, a Caucasian female, last seen in November 2024 during law enforcement contact in Utah.
According to new information provided by Kelsey’s mother, she may be using the aliases “Infinity Jane” and “Jane Jones.” She is described as 5’05” tall, 130 pounds, with hazel eyes and blond or brownish blonde hair.
In early February, a white 2009 Chevrolet HHR with North Carolina plates, registered to Kelsey, was located west of Death Valley National Park near an area known as Slab City or The Pads, by the old RV park. Despite extensive searches involving deputies, drones, SAR teams, cadaver dogs, and trackers, no trace of Kelsey has been found.
Kelsey’s mother has remained in contact with investigators, provided recent photographs, and traveled to the area to assist in the initial search near where the vehicle was discovered.
Pittman is known to frequent the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
Deputies have followed up on multiple leads, but her whereabouts remain unknown. The investigation remains open and active.
