Lane Closures on State Route 120 for July 6-12, 2025 

July 4, 2025 – TUOLUMNE COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct lane closures on State Route 120 (SR-120) this week. Work is scheduled as follows:

State Route 120

  • One-way traffic control between Ferretti Road and Tenaya Elementary School near Groveland for tree work on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control between Hardin Flat Road and Evergreen Road for tree work on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
  • Moving, alternating lane closures between State Route 108/Yosemite Junction and Moccasin Creek Bridge for pavement marker replacement beginning Monday, July 7, through Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, equipment/materials availability, and construction-related issues.
