July 4, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on July 1, 2025, Northwest officers responded to 7045 North Marks Avenue regarding a burglary into a shipping container containing fireworks for the Bullard High School Basketball Team’s fundraiser. The suspects stole approximately $40,000 in fireworks. Officers and detectives were able to identify two residences within the city of Fresno where the potential stolen property was located.  On July 2, 2025, detectives served residential search warrants at both residences and were able to recover a large amount of the stolen fireworks valued at approximately $10,800. The property was recovered and turned over to the rightful owners at the Bullard High School fireworks stand.
