Detectives Seek Information from Public 

July 4, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that detectives are asking for information from the public about the whereabouts of Miles Silva, wearing the red shirt, and Bishop Hernandez, both of Porterville.

Silva and Hernandez, along with other suspects, are wanted in connection with a robbery and assault that resulted in the victim being hospitalized with serious injuries on June 28 in the Springville area.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Silva and/or Hernandez is urged to contact Detective Johnny Perez, Detective Aaron Esquibel or Sergeant Rick Cerda at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 733-6218.
