One Suspect Arrested in Ivanhoe Shooting, Another Still on the Run 

July 10, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 5:15 p.m. on July 7, 2025, TCSO Deputies were called to the 33000 Block of Road 159 in Ivanhoe for a shooting victim.

When they arrived, Deputies found a man with a gunshot wound to his head. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives arrived and identified two suspects, 32-year-old Rigoberto Lopez (pictured) of Ivanhoe and 47-year-old Sotero Flores of Ivanhoe.

On July 9, 2025, Detectives captured Sotero Flores in Ivanhoe. He was arrested on a charge of attempted murder.

Rigoberto Lopez is still on the run. The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding him.
