July 12, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that on July 10, 2025, the TCSO Ag Crimes Unit was called to reports of suspicious vehicles spotted in an orchard on the east side of Tulare.

When Detectives arrived, they learned that workers repairing a pump that had been damaged during a recent copper wire theft had captured footage of the suspects vehicles, which Detectives later traced back to a home within the city.
