Carjacking in Terra Bella 

July 29, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that at about 4:15 a.m., deputies responded to a report of an armed carjacking on the 23700 block of Avenue 96 in Terra Bella. Upon arrival, they learned that two armed suspects had arrived in front of the victims’ home and demanded his phone and wallet before getting in his vehicle and fleeing the scene.

The victim sustained minor injuries.

The two suspects are described as Hispanic male adults wearing hoodies, one gray and one black, and black shoes.
