Missing Person At-Risk 

August 6, 2025 – Turlock Police Department officials are asking for the public’s help locating 62-year-old Pamela Chaplin.

Pamela was last physically seen on Friday, August 1 (8/1) in the 500 block of Minaret Avenue and last spoken to by phone on Saturday, August 2 (8/2) at 11:00 a.m. She was last seen wearing gray joggers and a black and white striped shirt. She walks very slowly with a limp and does not have her cell phone or any medications with her.

• Height: 5’06”
• Weight: 180 lbs.
• Hair: Grayish blonde
• Eyes: Blue
