August 15, 2025 – Inyo County Sheriff’s Office officials report that over the past week, the Bishop PD and the Inyo County Sheriff’s Office worked in close partnership to enhance public safety through a coordinated enforcement effort.

As a result of three search warrants and multiple vehicle stops, investigators seized:

• Multiple illegal firearms
• Over one pound of methamphetamine

These results demonstrate the power of our interagency partnership and our ongoing commitment to serve and to keep dangerous drugs and illegal firearms out of Inyo County.
