August 23, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that a new fugitive has been added to the Sheriff’s Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals in Hiding: 

Paul Gutierrez, 18, of Goshen, is wanted for an active Ramey warrant in connection to a shooting that occurred in Goshen on August 10.
