Request for Community Assistance 

August 29, 2025 – Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Investigations Division is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in an assault case that occurred in Jamestown.

The person of interest is described as a White male adult with either short hair or a shaved head, approximately 180 lbs., and no facial hair. The male has tattoos covering both of his arms and specifically has a pentacle - (a pentagram star with a circle around it) covering the top of his right hand, and a swastika covering the top of his left hand.
