Felony Warrant Suspect Arrested in Frazier Park
September – Kern County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on September 3, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a Kern County Sheriff’s Office deputy assigned to the Frazier Park Substation located a felony warrant suspect, Justin Beall, 45, while on patrol.
The deputy attempted to contact Beall inside a business in the 3500 block of Mt. Pinos Way. Beall fled on foot and barricaded himself inside an unoccupied laundromat. Deputies had previously attempted to make contact with Beall on August 26, 2025, when he fled on foot from deputies in the same area.
While barricaded, Beall was given multiple announcements to exit the building. KCSO K-9 units responded to assist. Beall was ultimately taken into custody without further incident. He was arrested for resisting arrest and on a felony warrant for vandalism and child endangerment.
During the incident, Shelby Brousseau, 46, was also arrested after actively delaying deputies and refusing to leave the scene. Brousseau was booked on charges of resisting and obstructing a peace officer.
