Community Assistance Requested 

September 7, 2025 – Inyo County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Sheriff’s Office is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying the individual pictured. This person has been observed in the Dixon Lane–Meadow Creek area, behind the old Rite Aid, and is believed to be involved in a scam.

At this time, there is NO IMMEDIATE THREAT TO THE PUBLIC.

The incident occurred on Cheyenne Drive, but the individual may have been seen on nearby streets or captured on other camera views in the area.

We ask residents to review any outdoor security or Ring camera footage between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 5th.
