September 9, 2025 – Fresno County Sheriff's Office officials report that at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, an emergency call came in of a stabbing at a home near the intersection of Annabella Avenue and 4th Street in San Joaquin.
Deputies arrived and found a man in his 50s suffering from severe stab wounds. EMS was contacted and he was flown to Community Regional Medical Center where he is in critical condition.
Deputies learned the man was assaulted by one of his family members. That suspect fled the scene prior to our arrival. We obtained some good information about the suspect and are currently working to find and arrest him.
