September 12, 2025 – Those living along the Highway 140 corridor and beyond are invited to a special Community Meeting of the Yosemite Gateway Partners organization.  The meeting will be held on Friday, September 19 from 1:30 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. at the Yosemite View Lodge, located at 11136 Highway 140 in El Portal just outside Yosemite's boundary.  

This meeting - presented by YGP Board Directors - will include Scott Gediman, Public Affairs Officer for Yosemite National Park, who will be able to address park-centric questions and issues.  Refreshments will be provided and all issues of regional importance will be on the table for discussion.  If further information is needed, please contact YGP at: info@yosemitegatewaypartners.org.

The Yosemite Gateway Partners is an all-volunteer organization which - for the past two decades, has fostered communications between Yosemite National Park and each of the surrounding gateways of Yosemite, as well as mutual cooperation and communications between those gateways themselves.  

Among other events, YGP holds four quarterly meetings each year in Yosemite; these events feature programs devoted to topics of interest and there are also sessions conducted by senior Yosemite National Park staff as well.
