Sexual Assault Arrest – Possible Additional Victims 

September 13, 2025 – Madera County Sheriff's Office officials report that on September 9th, Deputies responded to a report of sexual assault in the Oakhurst area. The suspect, 20-year-old Enrique Vasquez of Fowler, reportedly connected with an 18-year-old victim on the dating app Tinder. The victim stated she was sexually assaulted more than once during their meeting.

Detectives quickly took over the investigation, obtained search warrants, and safely took Vasquez into custody.

Investigators believe there may be other victims in the Central Valley who have not yet come forward.
