September 18, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on June 21, 2025, four suspects burglarized the FPD burglaryCircle D gas station at 2520 East Olive Avenue, by breaking the doors and ripping an ATM through the debris. The suspect vehicle was eventually identified and located. Central detectives continued their investigation and discovered the vehicle to be involved in multiple thefts, burglaries, and catalytic converter thefts throughout the city.

Detectives began to collaborate with all the district detectives, Adult Compliance Team (ACT), Career Criminal Auto Theft team (CCAT), California Highway Patrol, and Fresno County Sheriff detectives, where numerous cases were linked together.

The investigation ended with seven search warrants in the areas of:

  • Lotus Avenue and Church Avenue
  • Harvey Avenue and Diana Avenue
  • Norris Drive East and Circle Court East (Fresno County)
  • Weldon Avenue and Highway 168 (Fresno County)
  • Bond Street and Belmont Avenue
  • Grant Avenue and 6th Street
  • Belmont Avenue and 2nd Street

Evidence related to these investigations was located at each location to include catalytic converters, burglary tools, clothing, gambling machines, and cellular devices. Five felony arrests and four misdemeanor arrests were made.
