September 19, 2025 – Mariposa County officials announce that they will be hosting a community focus groups next week to gather input on downtown parking, transit, and walkability!

The meetings will take place at the Mariposa County Arts Park on:

• Monday, September 22 at 5:30 P.M.
• Tuesday, September 23 at 12:00 Noon

These focus groups are part of the Mariposa Town Transit & Economic Development Initiative, a Caltrans-funded planning project exploring ways to:

• Expand parking options
• Boost YARTS ridership
• Create a more welcoming, walkable downtown

Information on joining the project’s Steering Committee will also be available.
