Fatal Solo Vehicle Collision 

September 19, 2025 – Modesto Police Department officials report that on the morning of Thursday, September 18, 2025, shortly after midnight, Modesto Police officers responded to a solo vehicle collision at the intersection of Floyd and Roselle Avenues. Upon arrival, officers located the driver unresponsive inside the vehicle. Despite life-saving efforts, the Modesto man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The preliminary investigation indicates the driver was traveling southbound on Roselle Avenue when he failed to navigate the roundabout and crashed.
