Wanted Subject Located and Arrested 

September 24, 2025 – Madera County Sheriff's Office officials report that in April, a bench warrant was issued for Kyle Thomas Clarkson for violating the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS).

Despite several attempts to evade capture, including a foot pursuit in Oakhurst, the 31-year-old was safely taken into custody on September 22nd after deputies received a community tip about his location.

The Madera Special Enforcement Team (MADSET) set up surveillance and executed a search warrant. After 30 minutes of negotiation, Clarkson surrendered without incident.

Sheriff Tyson Pogue shared, “Trust is built through action, not headlines. Our community deserves law enforcement that shows up, follows through, and puts service before show.”
