Missing At-Risk Adult 

September 26, 2025 – Madera County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are asking for the public’s help in locating 34-year-old Giovanna Melendez.

- Height: 5’4”

- Weight: 185 lbs.

- Last seen wearing a black shirt and black & white shorts

- Last seen leaving 11201 Iowa Avenue at approximately 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday night.

Giovanna requires medication and according to her family, she cannot care for herself without assistance.
