SR-41 Crash 

September 28, 2025 – Oakhurst CHP officials report that at approximately 7:00 A.M. on Friday morning, a 70-year-old man from San Bernardino allowed his Volkswagen Jetta to drift onto the shoulder of SR-41, just south of Victoria Lane. The vehicle struck an embankment and overturned.

The driver sustained only complaint of pain injuries and was transported to Kaiser Fresno as a precaution.

Traffic on SR-41 was reduced to one-way control for about 30 minutes until CHP Officers pulled the vehicle onto the shoulder. Once the vehicle was moved, all lanes were reopened.

We appreciate the patience of morning commuters and remind everyone to always stay alert behind the wheel. You never know when traffic will be at a standstill as you come around a corner!
