Four Arrested, Meth Seized in Rosamond Narcotics Investigations

October 11, 2025 – Kern County Sheriff’s Office officials report that deputies from the Sheriff’s Office Rosamond Substation arrested four individuals and seized methamphetamine and other evidence following two related investigations at a condemned property in Rosamond.

On September 25, 2025, deputies investigated a trailer in the 2400 block of Park Avenue, previously deemed uninhabitable by Code Compliance. Inside, they contacted Armando Gonzalez (50), who had three active warrants. Deputies also found a quarter pound of methamphetamine, individually packaged baggies, a digital scale, and a large amount of cash—evidence consistent with drug sales. Gonzalez was arrested on his warrants and booked on new charges including:

Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Possession of a Controlled Substance with Prior Convictions

On October 9, 2025, deputies returned to the same property and found four individuals inside a condemned motorhome. A search warrant led to the discovery of over half an ounce of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, cash, a digital scale, and packaging materials.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail:

Claudia Marroquin (44): Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Trespassing a Condemned Dwelling, Public Nuisance

Debra Graft (54): Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, Conspiracy, Operating/Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Paraphernalia, Trespassing, Public Nuisance

Gurinder Mann (35): Same charges as Graft, plus Felon in Possession of Ammunition and Prior Convictions
