Coroner’s Office Searching for Relatives of Man Found Dead 

October 11, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner’s Office is asking the public for help in identifying relatives of Luis Manuel Hernandez, 53, who was found unresponsive in a vehicle in the Porterville area on October 1, 2025. Despite the best efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead.
