November 2, 2025 – Merced County Sheriff's Office officials report that the Coroners Bureau needs the public’s help locating the family of 48-year-old Jose Manzur Sanchez. The Coroner’s office has searched numerous personal records, but the attempts to find his family have been unsuccessful.

It is crucial to locate the immediate family members so the Coroner’s Office can release the body and allow Jose to have a proper burial.
