TCSO Detectives Bust Wanted Felon in Pixley 

November 9, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 3:30 p.m. on November 6, 2025, TCSO Detectives went to the 400 Block of East Terra Bella Avenue in Pixley to contact Julian “Tommy Gunz” Villa, who was wanted for felon in possession of a firearm.

During the course of the investigation, Villa was found to be in possession of a gun on multiple occasions. Detectives obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Villa, who is a documented member of South Side Pixley (SSP) (a known subset of the Sureño criminal street gang operating in the Pixley area), was later booked at the South County Jail Facility.
