California Public Utilities Commission Wants To Hear From You About PG&E’s Rate Request

July 11, 2016 - The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is holding two Public Participation Hearings in Fresno on PG&E’s 2017 General Rate Case request to increase its rates effective January 1, 2017.

These two free public meetings will be on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at 1 PM and 6 PM at the Fresno City Council Chambers (2600 Fresno Street).

If PG&E’s rate request is approved by the CPUC, PG&E would increase revenue $333 million in 2017, followed by an additional increase of $469 million in 2018, and an additional increase of $368 million in 2019.

Please bring your comments – and your neighbors! – to express your views to the CPUC about PG&E’s request to increase its rates.
