November 19, 2025 – Mariposa County Library officials announce upcoming holiday craft workshop Ornaments for Altadena is set for Thursday, November 20, 2025.

The holiday season is all about helping others and giving gifts! With an upcoming workshop, people can give the gift of love and service to Altadena. This ornament drive was created to bring holiday cheer to families who lost their homes and belongings in the Eaton Fire. They are thrilled to have our community's support.

The Ornaments for Altadena holiday craft workshop is set for Thursday, November 20 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. It will be at the Mariposa Branch, located at 4978 10th Street. Choose to make either a star or book ornament. Instructions and supplies are provided.

This is for ages 18 and up. It is free, but registration is required. Call 209-966-2140 or stop by to sign up.
