Deputies Make Four Arrests in Shaver Lake Burglary
November 21, 2025 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the following suspects have been booked into the Fresno County Jail on residential burglary charges.
- Devante Valentine, 20, of Fresno
- Kayvaun Dancy, 19, of Fowler
- Regan Musgrove, 20, of Visalia
- Natasha Bellamy, 20, of Visalia
Around 9:00 p.m. on November 19, deputies responded to a call of a burglary in progress at a cabin located on the 41000 block of Timber Ave. in Shaver Lake. They arrived and found the home had a broken window and signs that someone had gone inside.
Deputies found a parked car nearby, which Musgrove and Bellamy were inside of. A short distance away, deputies found Valentine and Dancy trying to hide amongst trees. All four were detained and arrested after evidence showed they were responsible for breaking into the cabin.
