Do you have a teen entering the world of driving? Come with your teen - age 14 or older - on Saturday, July 16th, 2016 to participate in “Start Smart”, a CHP program designed to provide teens and their parents/guardians with an interactive safe driving awareness class which will illustrate how poor choices behind the wheel of a vehicle can affect the lives of numerous people.
The class will be held at the Oakhurst Library Community Room, from 10 a.m. – 12 Noon.
CHP Public Information Officer Kaci Lutz, who will present “Start Smart”, also focuses on the responsibilities of newly licensed drivers, responsibilities of parents/guardians, and collision avoidance techniques.
Sign-ups are required to attend.

Sign-ups must include at least one parent/guardian.
