The proclamation will also honor Christian’s mission that sparked this unprecedented journey. Christian joined forces with the Michael J. Fox Foundation to bring awareness to the ongoing battle to find a cure for Parkinson’s disease. Christian’s grandfather has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, but it didn’t keep him from greeting Christian at the final finish line in Miami to set the record.
