December 11, 2025 – Mariposa County Health & Human Services officials announce that California's Family Urgent Response System (FURS) is available 24/7 to provide free, trauma-informed support for children or youth who have spent time in foster care in California or their caregivers.

Support is available through phone calls, text, chat, and even in-person meetings.
