December 14, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report at around 9:00 p.m. on December 12, 2026, TCSO Deputies were called to the Traver Market at 3892 Merritt Drive in Traver for an armed robbery.

When Deputies arrived, they learned two masked men walked into the Market and robbed the store clerk at gunpoint. As the suspects left, gunfire was exchanged and the clerk was shot in the arm.

The clerk was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

The two suspects are described as 18–25-year-old men.
