1/5/2026 Update: Otilio Guillen has been found in Fresno and is on a medical hold.
Missing Person
January 5, 2026 – Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office officials continue to seek the public’s help locating 63-year-old Otilio Guillen.
Otilio was last seen on his home security cameras in the Cedro Court area of La Grange on December 18, 2025.
Mr. Guillen is described as approximately 5’6” tall and weighs 200 lbs., with brown eyes, bald, and with facial hair. He is pictured with a goatee but was last seen with a beard. He was last known to be wearing a Green Bay Packers Football Team (Green & Yellow) zip-up hoodie and gray pants. He speaks both English & Spanish. He’s a senior with memory concerns.
Distinguishing features: He has a gold upper front tooth and walks with a limp. He has visible tattoos of 3 roses on left forearm and names-Stephen & Samuel connected with a chain on his left ankle.
