Online Child Exploitation Arrest
January 11, 2026 – Turlock Police Department officials report that on January 7, 2026, Turlock Police Detectives arrested
Paul Donald Fenocchio Jr., 38, of Turlock, in connection with an investigation involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The arrest followed a CyberTip received through the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Fenocchio was located at his residence in the 200 block of Miles Court and transported to the Turlock Police Department for questioning, and arrested for 311.11(a) – Possession of Obscene Matter of Minor in Sexual Act.
Fenocchio was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Facility. Two cellphones were seized as evidence.
Detective Giovacchini, the lead investigator on the case, said, “These cases are difficult but critically important. Every CyberTip represents a real child who has been harmed. We take these reports seriously and will continue working to identify offenders and protect victims.”
