January 12, 2026 – Mariposa County Fairgrounds officials announce the 2026 Fair Theme Contest is open.

Theme ideas must be 5 words or less and you must be a Mariposa County resident to enter. The winner will receive 2 season passes to the 2026 Fair.

Submit entries by Friday, January 23, 2026.

Email entries to mariposafair@sti.net or submit in person at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds located at 5007 Fairgrounds Road.

You may submit multiple ideas, but please put them all on one page when submitting.

The Fair theme will be selected by the Board of Directors at the January 26, 2026, meeting.
