January 14, 2026 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner’s Office needs the public’s help locating relatives of 49-year-old James Kyreacos.

On January 6th, he passed away as a result of a traffic collision.

Staff at the Coroner’s Office have searched numerous personal records and learned he has a son, but their attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful. Locating immediate family members is a necessary process in order for the Coroner’s Unit to release the body and allow the person to have a proper burial.
