January 29, 2026 – Madera County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they have arrested 41-year-old Madera resident Tommy Raymond Aguilar, a parolee and registered sex offender, in connection with multiple Child Exploitation charges.

On January 28, 2026, detectives with the Madera County Sheriff’s Office, along with members of the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and California State Parole Agents, conducted a parole compliance check in the area of Ellis Street & North D Street.

During the compliance check, Aguilar was contacted and arrested on charges related to the distribution and possession of more than 600+ images of Child Sexual Abuse Material. He was subsequently booked into the Madera County Jail.

All electronic devices associated with Aguilar were seized for further examination as part of the ongoing investigation.
