JCF logoDoctors Carolyn and Robert Rose, MD, along with Al Montoya, PA have moved to Fremont Family Physicians as of August 1, 2016.

Alan MacPhee, CEO of John C. Fremont Healthcare District, made the announcement at the monthly Board of Directors meeting. An agreement was made with the doctors at the end on July and John C. Fremont Hospital has worked hard to get everything ready for the transition. Medical records will need to be moved and transferred into the software system used by John C. Fremont. Office space is being arranged on the hospital campus for the medical providers and the Human Resource office has to quickly process new employees.

MacPhee explained, “Patients from Mariposa Family Physicians can begin calling Fremont Family Physicians at (209) 966-0850 to arrange their medical appointments.” He added, “We look forward to adding Dr. Carolyn and Robert Rose as well as Al Montoya, to our medical practice and want to provide continuing excellent medical care to the community.”
