Discussion and potential direction to return to the Board on August 23rd with a draft support letter as deemed appropriate for comments associated with the USFS Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Sierra National Forests Land Management Plan.

Black Hawk Ranch Recreational Project.
1. Discussion and consideration of approval of a Resolution accepting a donation in the amount of $26,438.60 from the Stewards of the Sierra National Forest which is specifically to be earmarked to fund the Black Hawk Ranch Archaeological Study.

Hearing to consider request by Yosemite/Bass Lake Activities, Inc., for a Letter of Public Convenience and Necessity to obtain a Type 20 offpremise license to allow the sale of beer and wine from an established store. The property is owned by GREENLAW PINES INVESTMENTS, LLC and is located on the south side of Road 432, approximately 520 feet east of its' intersection with Beaver (54406 Road 432), Bass Lake. The parcel is accessed via Road 432. The parcel (APN 070-120-012) is zoned CUM (Commercial, Urban, Median). The General Plan is CC (Community Commercial).

This proposal is to amend a 14.50 acre portion of the parcel now shown as AE (Agriculture, Exclusive) Designation to AR (Agricultural, Residential) Designation. A rezoning (CZ #2016-003) will also be considered to change the zoning from ARE-20 (Agricultural, Rural, Exclusive-20 Acre) District to RRS-10 (Residential, Rural, Single Family-10 Acre) and RMS (Residential, Mountain, Single Family) Districts.
