February 12, 2026 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner’s Office needs the public’s help locating relatives of 62-year-old William Rivera of Fresno who recently passed away.

Staff at the Coroner’s Office have searched numerous personal records, but their attempts to contact family members have been unsuccessful. Locating immediate family members is a necessary process in order for the Coroner’s Unit to release the body and allow the person to have a proper burial.

Anyone with information about the relatives of William Rivera is asked to please contact the Coroner’s Unit at (559) 600-3400 or email their office at coroner@fresnosheriff.org.
