February 21, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials announce that there is still space for our Monday event, which we are excited for. We are honored to once again host Yosemite ranger Shelton Johnson for an event in February.

Shelton will bring the story of the Buffalo Soldiers to us. His presentation is officially entitled "Yosemite through the Eyes of a Buffalo Soldier, 1904".

This will be held on Monday, February 23 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Mariposa County Government Center's Board Hearing Room, located at 5100 Bullion Street.

Registration is required. It is free to attend.
