Online Child Exploitation Arrest 

February 25, 2026 – Turlock Police Department officials report that on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, Turlock Police Detectives arrested Angel Lanfranco, 20, of Turlock, in connection with an investigation involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The investigation began after a CyberTip was received through the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Lanfranco later came to the Turlock Police Department voluntarily to speak with detectives regarding the case. Following the interview, he was arrested for 311.11(a) PC – Possession of Obscene Matter of a Minor in a Sexual Act. He was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Facility.

The Turlock Police Department will continue to publicly identify and arrest individuals involved in the exploitation of children.
