February 28, 2026 – Mariposa, CA – The Board of Directors of Alliance for Community Transformations is pleased to announce the appointment of Hallie Wass as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1^st. A long-time member of the Mariposa community, Hallie has lived and worked locally for many years, raising three children who are deeply connected to the area. Along with her spouse, Bodie, a longtime volunteer youth coach who currently leads local youth shooting sports while assisting with youth livestock events during the Mariposa Fair, Hallie has been an active part of the community.

Before assuming the CEO role, Hallie served as the Alliance’s People & Organizational Services Director, working closely with program directors and staff to strengthen operations, systems, and internal processes to better support programs and the communities they serve. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across nonprofit, public, and private sectors, Hallie is known for building strong teams, creating effective systems, and providing the support that allows others to shine.

Since 2014, Hallie has also served as a Governor-appointed Director of the 54^th District Agricultural Association, supporting the Fairgrounds Executive Director/CEO and staff while helping guide the long-term vision of the Mariposa Fairgrounds. She has been especially passionate about youth livestock programs and agricultural education, creating opportunities that help young people build responsibility, confidence, and pride.

“I believe in putting the spotlight on the people doing the direct work in our community,” said Hallie. “My role is to ensure we have the strategy, systems, and support in place so our programs and people can thrive.”
