March 1, 2026 – Mariposa Library officials invite the community to join Clinical Nutritionist, Rose Fluharty, on Friday, March 6th at 5:30 P.M. - 6:30 P.M. to learn about how nutrition and food influence heart health. Hear about easy-to-use ingredients to support the heart.
An introduction to how stress impacts heart health will also be included in the presentation.
This is FREE to attend. NO registration required.
