March 2, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials announce upcoming presentation on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.

Come learn about the Southern Sierra Miwuk culture at an upcoming presentation. The library is hosting "A History and Perspective of Miwuk Culture in Mariposa County" on Tuesday, March 10 at 5:30 p.m.

It will be presented by Waylon Coats, archaeologist and Southern Sierra Miwuk tribe member.

It is free to attend and no registration is needed. The library is located at 4978 10th Street.
