Caltrans to Perform Asphalt Sealing Operations in Fresno County the Week of March 4-6
March 4, 2026 – FRESNO COUNTY, CA – Closures scheduled this week along northbound State Route 41 for asphalt sealing operations. Motorists should plan accordingly.
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces the scheduled closures for asphalt sealing operations in Fresno County this week.
The following will occur Wednesday, March 4th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:
- The #2 lane along northbound State Route 41 at Rose Avenue to Floral Avenue will be closed for asphalt sealing operations.
The following will occur Thursday, March 5th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:
- The #2 lane along northbound State Route 41 at Nebraska Avenue to Rose Avenue will be closed for asphalt sealing operations.
The following will occur Friday, March 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.:
- The #2 lane along northbound State Route 41 at Saginaw Avenue to Nebraska Avenue will be closed for asphalt sealing operations.
Closures may continue for longer periods of time each day, if necessary, due to delays caused by weather or uncontrollable events that may occur during maintenance. These scheduled closures will occur, weather permitting.
Caltrans Maintenance workers remind you to drive with extra care and allow additional travel time while travelling in the maintenance area. Please be alert for Road Maintenance Personnel and "Slow for the Cone Zone."
