March 13, 2026 – Fresno Police Department officials report that the Organized Retail Theft Tactical Team Detectives investigated several thefts from various stores around the city of Fresno. The stores included Lululemon, Bath and Body Works, Target, Dollar Tree, CVS, and Walgreens.  In several of the cases, the same two females were identified as the suspects. ORT detectives identified the suspects as 25-year-old, Teiah Fitzgerald, and 24-year-old Mia Keobounleuang and both suspects were arrested on March 12, 2026.  During a search of the suspect’s residence, detectives recovered several thousand dollars’ worth of stolen property.

The Fresno Police Department, in partnership with local law enforcement agencies and merchant loss prevention teams, will be investigating and prosecuting retail thieves. As a result of Prop 36, we are now able to charge these chronic thieves with additional felonies that carry stiffer penalties and increased jail time. Retail theft=Jail Time.
