March 15, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials announce upcoming event with the Audubon Society on Wednesday, March 25, at the Mariposa library branch.

Birds of a feather flock together! We're teaming up with the local Yosemite Area Audubon Society to promote birding in Mariposa County. Our event, "Taking Flight: Putting a Spotlight on the Audubon Society" will offer locals the chance to learn more about what the Audubon Society does. There will also be tips about birding and binoculars during the event.

It will be held on Wednesday, March 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is FREE to attend.

No registration is needed. There will also be some fun raffle prizes, so be sure to show up. To learn more, call 209-966-2140.
