TCSO Deputies on Scene of Drowning in Cutler 

June 17, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that just before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, TCSO Deputies were called to a home in the 12000 Block of Alta Drive in Cutler for a possible drowning.

When Deputies arrived, they learned a two-year-old boy had wandered into the backyard of the home and was found unresponsive in an above ground pool.

Deputies immediately performed CPR on the child. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
